HandoverList.com is a browser-based handover formatting tool for doctors and healthcare teams. This page explains, in plain terms, how the tool handles information.

The short version No account, no server-side storage, no database, and no analytics of any patient information. Everything you type stays in your own browser and disappears when you close or clear the page.

What HandoverList.com is

HandoverList.com is a formatting tool that runs entirely inside your web browser. It helps you organise a handover list, print it, or export it as a PDF or CSV file. There is no companion app, mobile sync, or server-based processing involved in generating your list.

No account required

You do not need to register, sign in, or create a profile to use HandoverList.com. There are no user accounts, so we hold no names, emails, or credentials tied to how the tool is used.

No patient information is intentionally collected

The tool is designed so that patient identifiers, diagnoses, plans, jobs, and notes you type into the list are never intentionally collected, transmitted, or logged by HandoverList.com or Innovations and More.

No handover data is stored on servers

Everything entered into a handover list exists only in your browser's working memory for that session. Nothing you type is sent to, or held on, any HandoverList.com server.

No database storage

There is no backend database. Patient and handover information is never written to disk on our end, because our end never receives it in the first place.

No patient data analytics

We do not run analytics, tracking, or reporting tools against the content of any handover list. No usage statistics are generated from patient information.

No patient data sharing

Because patient information is never collected or stored by us, it is never shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Your responsibilities

HandoverList.com is a formatting tool only. You and your organisation remain responsible for using it in line with your hospital's or organisation's information governance, data protection, and clinical safety policies — for example, decisions about which devices are used, screen locking, and secure printing or disposal of any printed lists.
